Program Rules

Creator Partner
Program Rules.

1.Each approved creator receives a unique referral link and discount code.
2.The creator code unlocks a 10% customer discount for eligible products only.
3.Commission is calculated on net paid sales, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, and cancelled orders.
4.Standard commission is 20% of net paid sales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.All ambassadors earn the same flat commission rate.
6.Commission becomes eligible for payout 7 days after the customer receives the package.
7.Orders refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent are not commissionable.
8.Payouts are processed monthly via bank transfer once commissions become eligible.
9.Self-referrals, fake orders, coupon site leakage, and paid search on NeoLabCare brand terms are not allowed.
10.Creator codes may not be posted on coupon sites, deal forums, or browser extension deal networks.
11.Creators must disclose affiliate relationships according to platform rules and local advertising regulations.
12.NeoLabCare may pause, revoke, or update creator codes if misuse is detected.
13.Sample credits are earned only from confirmed, non-refunded sales.
14.Sample credits become redeemable after production completion for audience giveaways, VIP follower rewards, or product testing.
15.Sample credits are not cash equivalents and cannot be exchanged for payout.
16.NeoLabCare may reject or remove creators whose content, audience, claims, or promotional methods do not fit the brand.
17.Creators must not make medical claims, guaranteed results claims, or claims not supported by published research.
