The Daily Shield was built from the ground up to sit on top of the 9-in-1 treatment. Same philosophy: one pump. Clean skin. No thinking.

Formulation
Chemical UV filters are absorbed into the bloodstream. Mineral filters sit on the surface — they reflect and scatter UV before it reaches skin. One approach is older, simpler, and harder to get right. We chose it anyway.
Avobenzone, octinoxate, oxybenzone. Absorbed into skin. Can sting post-shave. Degrades in sunlight without stabilisers. Several under FDA review for endocrine effects.
Zinc oxide only. Sits on the skin surface. Photostable — doesn't degrade in light. No absorption. No stinging. No endocrine questions. The tradeoff was white cast. We solved that at the particle level.
Engineered In
Micronised zinc oxide particles dispersed at a tight size distribution. Translucent on all skin tones. No chalk. No ghost-face.
Formulated to sit on top of the 9-in-1 treatment without pilling, balling, or disrupting the base layer. Apply immediately after 9-in-1 absorbs.
No alcohol. No fragrance. No chemical filters. Inert zinc oxide won't sting freshly shaved skin the way avobenzone and oxybenzone do.
Precision vacuum pump. One pump = one measured application. No overuse. No guessing. Same bottle architecture as the 9-in-1.
